We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services or customs processes, but we will provide reasonable support in tracking or resolving delivery issues. Digital publications, where offered, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We take care to ensure all products are quality checked prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of printed publications, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue so we can assist.

Where eligible, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Items must be returned in original condition unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to accept returns for digital products once they have been delivered or accessed.
